This is a 2nd shift position working Sunday - Thursday from 2:30PM - 11PM moving to a 12 hour shift in December 2023.

Pay Rate: $20.00 USD/hr with a $0.50 USD/hr shift differential

We are looking for professionals to join our Ranson, West Virginia team as a Machine Technician. The Machine Technician will be responsible for effectively and efficiently operating the machine(s) in their assigned area per ROCKWOOL standards, specifications, and policies.

What you bring:

• Previous continuous flow manufacturing or industrial experience and working with automated equipment required.
• Prior machine operating experience required, including cleaning, calibrating, and performing basic maintenance.
• Grow and develop the team by sharing knowledge / experience.

What you will be doing:

• Safety and efficiently manufacture quality stone insulation ensuring production as the highest possible output, maintaining the high standard of quality expected by our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Successfully make product changes efficiently, maintaining a smooth uninterrupted flow of product.
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment and act as a first line defense for process, mechanical and technical issues.
• Ensure volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance indicators.
• Adhere to established quality and environment standards to identify and mitigate /escalate quality or environmental risks/issues.
