Machinist

who can run

lathe + milling operations

and help us build high-quality parts for real production equipment.

If you like hands-on work, precision, and seeing your parts go into finished machines, you'll fit in well here.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate

manual and/or CNC lathes

and

mills

(based on your experience) Read and work from

mechanical drawings/prints

, dimensions, and tolerances Machine parts from materials like

stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and industrial plastics

Use measuring tools:

calipers, micrometers, indicators

, etc. to verify accuracy Perform

rework, adjustments, and fit-up

for machinery components Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and take care of shop tools/equipment Collaborate with engineering/fabrication to improve quality and efficiency
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

Experience as a

Machinist / Lathe Operator / Mill Operator

in a machine shop Comfortable with

lathe work and milling

Ability to

read prints

and work with

tolerances

Reliable, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work independently
Nice to Have (Not Required)

CNC experience

(setups, offsets, basic program edits, tooling) Experience with

threading

, boring, keyways, reaming, etc. Assembly/mechanical fit-up, troubleshooting, or repair experience Welding experience (bonus)
