Job Overview:

We're looking for a

Shop Helper

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, reliable work in a machine shop environment. You'll support our team with general cleaning, material handling, and other shop tasks.

Responsibilities:

Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized Remove metal shavings and ensure a safe, tidy workspace Assist with general facility maintenance Help with receiving materials, loading/unloading, and organizing materials Use a forklift to move materials (we'll train you!) Assist with painting and packing tasks Support deliveries and pickups as needed Track inventory of cleaning supplies and materials Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Who We're Looking For:

Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred

- This will help you grow with the company.

Willing to learn

- No experience needed, just a good attitude and work ethic.

Physically capable

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Team player

- Good communication skills and a willingness to help.
