We are seeking a dedicated
Machine or Packaging Operator
to join our team in Monument, Colorado.Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging or manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production. Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist with setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed. Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Skills Needed:
Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
