Ricoh Electronics, Inc. (REI) is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support our Thermal Linerless operations and to become an integral part of our team! This experienced operator will work a night shift (6:00pm-2:30a) . The operator will work operating slitting equipment (slitter, rewinder, down-ender, etc.). Under general supervision, the Machine Operator will Perform production activities that require a working knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines within the Slitting dept. Start, stop, and feed assigned machines/equipment, identify and report imperfect operations, and accurately maintain appropriate production documentation. Also, Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and follows guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Performs/verifies completion of in-process data check sheet, daily machine inspection report, daily production log sheet, and other related paperwork.
