As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. What you'll do
Operate and maintain CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce precision parts.
Set up and program Fanuc systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for optimal machine performance.
Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of components.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify product specifications.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow.
Handle materials safely, including packaging finished products for shipment.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Basic qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CAD software, SolidWorks, CAM programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and tooling practices.
Proficient in using hand tools and basic math skills for precise measurements.
Preferred qualifications
Experience operating flexo presses, stamping presses, or welding equipment is an advantage.
Previous factory or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
Forklift certification is a plus.
