Job Title: Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing facility, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be at the heart of our operations, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to operate various machinery and tools. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and quality control will help us maintain the highest standards of production while contributing to an energetic team environment.

What you'll do

Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and flexo presses to produce high-quality products. Perform setup and adjustments on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize machine performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met. Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to understand project requirements. Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain product integrity. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Handle materials using forklifts and participate in packaging processes for finished products. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing or machining environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and fabrication equipment.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with Fanuc systems, CAM programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and tooling techniques. Experience operating stamping presses, press brake machines, or welding equipment. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
