Job Description
Taylor Metal Products is a leading manufacturer of high end steel roofing and siding products. We have been in business for over 20 years and continue to grow each year. We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our Rolled Steel Products team who will be responsible for assisting team members in all aspects of the manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse logistics for the production of quality components that meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations.
We are seeking a Machine Operator Level 1 or 2 ($18.00 - $26.00 DOE)
Day Shift ( 7am-4pm Monday-Friday)
Essential Functions:
Set-up, operation and programming of computerized press-brake and roll-forming machines. Accurate production reporting. Material handling & product packaging; visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects. Loading/unloading materials in production department and customer service area. Operate hand-tools and read tape measure. Take and follow verbal directions. Stand for long period of time. Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedure. Other duties as assigned.
