Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up the machine for the appropriate order, printing labels for product and data entry. The Operator is also responsible for keeping a shift quota and the quality of the parts being produced from the machine. Operator will also stage, set up their area for new batches, use a hoist to change raw material. This job also requires employee to be able to lift 60lbs. PPE Required - Steel toe shoes, safety glasses, 3M 8511 dust mask and gloves.

Other tasks may be assigned as they arise that will also include:

Ensure equipment are all functioning correctly Ensure all records are completed appropriately Ensure that quality concerns are addressed with Shift Lead Maintain compliance to procedures and instructions
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment preferred Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
