JOB SUMMARY:

you'll play a key role in ensuring our production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll operate and monitor a variety of machines used to prepare and finish products to precise customer specifications.

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality will help us maintain the high standards our customers expect from Bayer Built.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Setting up and preparing machinery for daily operation Performing regular quality control checks throughout the shift to ensure products meet specifications Recording and maintaining accurate logs of daily processes and quality control results Keeping machines and work areas clean and well-maintained Monitoring product flow; making adjustments as needed to meet Bayer Built Quality Standards. Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment in top condition
