Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator to dive in and learn our line inside and out. The Machine Operator is expected to oversee and run the various equipment in the packaging line. While performing these duties, they are expected to ensure that all runs are completed to the specifications of the copacking client and NOBL's internal product quality expectations. The primary focus of the Machine Operator position is efficiency and process improvement. They will report directly to the Packaging Manager to set up for the runs, maintain operation, record necessary data for each run, and maintain a sanitary working environment by cleaning thoroughly after each run and between shifts as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor quality of cans and record data as needed Operate the canning line safely and efficiently Monitoring speed of the machine for maximum output Perform regular maintenance Operate and oversee a safe and hygienic work environment Monitor and troubleshoot issues as they arise Ensure the quality of the product throughout the canning process Ensure the quality of the cans throughout the canning process Complete work using a safety first mindset Perform all assigned tasks in a timely organized manner. Attention to detail is a must Assist with outside projects and activities as needed Assist with other business activities as needed
This position is Monday through Friday from 11am-7pm at our Seabrook Facility.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Prolonged periods of time of standing and working on your feet. Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities. Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment. Must be able to stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs. Must be able to regularly lift/carry heavy supplies in an environment that may be loud, slick, humid, and hot.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
