Pay with Overnight Shift Differential:

$20.00/hr to $21.00/hr

Essential Functions:

The operator's primary responsibility is molding quality parts to support the Company mission "To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions and quality products on time."


Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions Review Work Order Operate press to produce molded parts Follow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks, and any required SPC as directed by team leader. Visually inspect each molded part. Clip and trim molded parts. Pack molded part in boxes.

Advise next operator of any information about press or molded parts. Follow all safety guidelines and rules Follow written work procedures Maintain a clean and organize work area

Required Skills:

Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. Good mechanical ability and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly

Preferred Skills:

Experience on the use of measuring tools helpful Good Math skills Prior manufacturing experience Self-motivated team player Blueprint reading helpful

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Position has a variety of shifts. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, including weekdays and weekends

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED

Training in general safety

Preferred Education and Experience:

Experience as a machine operator

Pre-employment Conditions:

Successful completion of a criminal background check, physical capabilities testing and a drug screen.
