About the Role:

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented

Machine Operator

to join our production team. In this role, you'll run several machines that help shape and finish precision metal parts. You'll stay on top of multiple tasks at once -- planning ahead, responding quickly when something needs attention, and keeping production moving smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate

several production machines during your shift.

Monitor machine performance

and make manual adjustments as needed to maintain quality and consistency.

Plan and prioritize

daily tasks to keep 4-5 machines running efficiently.

Inspect parts

to ensure they meet required specifications.

Troubleshoot and problem-solve

when machines need attention or adjustments.

Handle and move materials

safely, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Maintain documentation

and follow all work order instructions. Keep your workspace

clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience

in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude

-- you like figuring out how things work and can troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.

Attention to detail

and ability to

multi-task

-- you'll be monitoring several machines at once.

Good planning and time management skills

-- you can prioritize and stay organized throughout the day. Comfortable working with machinery, lubricants, and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

and stand for most of the shift. A

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
