What You'll Do:

Operate laser cutting tables to deliver clean, accurate parts with minimal waste Load and unload raw materials using overhead cranes and material handling equipment Read blueprints and job specs to ensure precise cuts and correct part orientation Perform quality checks and verify tolerances meet customer requirements Document work with accuracy and attention to detail Monitor machine performance and report issues proactively Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Share feedback to help improve processes and reduce waste Be a team player -- from the shop floor to the yard

What You Bring:

3-5 years of experience in laser cutting or metal fabrication Experience with Trumpf machines a plus -- but not required (we'll train the right person!) Strong blueprint reading skills and fabrication knowledge Confidence operating overhead cranes and handling materials safely A detail-driven mindset and commitment to high-quality work Reliability, accountability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute
