Operates and maintains cutting, slicing, and packaging machinery used in fresh-cut produce manufacturing. Ensures the equipment is running smoothly, and that product quality is maintained during production.
Key Responsibilities
:
Ensure to follow proper safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
Report any production issues or safety concerns to management.
Set up and operate fresh-cut production machinery, such as slicers, dicers, and peelers.
Monitor equipment for signs of malfunction or wear, and report issues to maintenance.
Adjust machinery settings to ensure proper cut sizes and product quality.
Ensure the work area is clean and all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications
:
Previous experience in operating manufacturing equipment, especially in food production, is preferred.
GED or high school diploma
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
