Job Description

Description:

Candidate will be operating a screw machine by setting it up through various mechanical adjustments, turning it on and inspecting screws at various intervals of time with inspection tools.

They will be documenting their inspections and signing off on them.

When the machine jams, they will need to stop the machine and troubleshoot the problem, then make the repair.

Through learning how to setup the machine, they should be able to easily find the problem and fix it.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Prepare Machine

-Check the Machine

-Oil Machine

-Check Pressure Gauges

-Start Machine

-Check Parts at Specific Times Using Micrometers, Calipers, Drawings

-Troubleshoot and Repair

-Make Mechanical Adjustments
