Machine Operator

Job Description
We are looking for Machine Operators to work with our team producing and converting finished goods from multi-layer laminated reflective bubble insulation. This position requires good physical mobility and some lifting. This person will help set up, operate the machine, troubleshoot, maintain product quality, and assist in regular preventative machine maintenance. Positive communication and attention to detail are important to ensure safety, efficiency, and a good working relationship with the team. Starting compensation varies by experience.
Schedules
Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm to start, eventually changing to 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

You should be proficient in:
Manufacturing paperwork and/or digital production logging Manual Machining Skills (knowledge of machinery operation and safety practices) Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Assembly Skills Simple math Reading and using a tape measure Operating a chop saw Lifting up to 50 lbs. Meets Physical Requirements High School / GED Excellent Communication Skills Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
