Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for production of custom (non-stocked) product.

Job Outline:

Receive custom work orders and perform the production process as required. Accurately create labels for the products you produce. Labels must contain the lot number for warranty claim tracking. Load and set up production equipment in the most efficient manner. Complete each run as specified on the work order. Package and label the product as it comes off the machine. Products can then be palletized or boxed and made ready for shipment as soon as possible. Turn the completed work orders in to the office staff to make any needed inventory adjustments. Work with purchasing to ensure a safe level of raw material is available for production.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds. May assist with products weighing over 100 pounds. Required to stand for long periods of time during the day.
Qualifications and Experience

High School Diploma Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Provide a very high level of customer service when interacting with customers. Forklift Operation & other equipment. Able to work independently. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be able to efficiently use the computer Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet same-day shipment KPI's (tracked performance targets) Must be looking for a long-term job
