Job Description

The Industrial Maintenance Technician works with a team to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and/or installation, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment as directed. Full-time, hourly, day-shift position.

Responsibilities:

Performs advanced electrical maintenance Performs mechanical maintenance Repairs CNC machines Makes general electrical repair of various machines including CNC and manual equipment Assists in rigging, moving, and installation of machines and/or equipment Assists in inspection, repair, and adjustment of machines and/or equipment Performs general maintenance on machines and equipment Performs preventive maintenance of all equipment as required Performs all activities in accordance with safety and lockout/tag out procedures Document all repairs and machine history consistent with policies of Patriot Machine, Inc.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment Knowledge and experience with physical plant and facilities services operations of a large, complex manufacturing facility - 5 years minimum experience preferred Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Ability to respond outside of normal working hours on an on-call or pager basis Knowledge of building trades repairs and maintenance Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities planning, design, construction, and maintenance Applicant must be a U.S. Person
