About the Role

We are seeking a

Machine Maintenance Technician

to support daily maintenance operations in a high-volume production environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment. Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.

Shift Schedule (Rotating 12-Hour Nights)

This is

one rotating 3rd shift schedule

, alternating every week:

Week A (3 days)

Tuesday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night differential)

Wednesday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night differential)

Saturday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night + $3 weekend differential)

Week B (4 days)

Sunday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night + $3 weekend differential)

Monday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night differential)

Thursday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night differential)

Friday - 6 PM-6 AM

(+$2 night differential)

Key Notes:

Week A = 3 shifts Week B = 4 shifts Every other week includes

guaranteed overtime

Compensation

Base Pay:

$24-$32/hour (depending on experience)

Night Differential:

+$2/hour on all weekday night shifts

Weekend Differential:

+$3/hour on Saturday & Sunday nights Weekly pay Guaranteed OT every other week

Qualifications

2+ years of machine or equipment maintenance in a production environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities Experience with pneumatics/hydraulics preferred PLC knowledge a plus Ability to read maintenance instructions and complete documentation

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and packaging equipment Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and inspections Perform product changeovers as needed Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical failures Support building maintenance tasks Communicate major repair needs or required spare parts Complete all required maintenance paperwork
