Mergers and Acquisitions Manager



Job Overview


We're growing and looking for a seasoned M&A Sales Manager or contractor to join our Denver-based team. This isn't a back-office role. You'll be front and center, leading deal execution, managing high-stakes negotiations, and playing a critical role in helping business owners navigate their most important transition.

What You'll Do:



Review leads, identify and evaluate potential sell-side opportunities:

Conduct or direct market research, financial assessments, and valuation analysis to determine transaction viability.

Lead the end-to-end M&A process:

Manage single or multiple deals from initial outreach and negotiation through due diligence and closing.

Serve as a primary point of contact for business owners:

Build trust, clarify goals, and align transaction structures with client needs.

Coordinate across stakeholders:

Work with investment bankers, attorneys, financial advisors, and internal deal teams to move transactions to closing.

Drive due diligence:

Lead diligence efforts across operational, financial, and legal, ensuring red flags are addressed and opportunities are clarified for our clients.

Prepare key materials:

Oversee or prepare CIMs, pitch decks, financial models, and LOIs.

Mentor junior staff:

Guide analysts and associates involved in research, financial modeling, and execution.

What You Bring



5+ years of experience in sell-side M&A, investment banking or corporate development A proven track record of closing 10+ deals, ideally in the middle market. Demonstrated ability to close above market or initial offer. A client-first mindset and ability to instill trust and confidence in high-stakes settings Deep understanding of the full M&A lifecycle, from origination to transaction close Strong analytical skills with experience building or reviewing financial models and valuations Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills High attention to detail with strong project management skills Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

Pay: $50,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year
