We are seeking a skilled LVN with experience in pediatric home health care to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:

Administer medications as prescribed by the physician Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician Provide basic medical care to patients Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing Communicate with patients and their families to ensure they understand their care plan Document patient care in accordance with agency policies and procedures

Requirements:

Current LVN license in the state of Texas Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7a-5p
