JOB DESCRIPTION: We are Currently looking for a Part Time and Full Time Sales Associate at our 5 Star Luxury Hotel location. Wheat Holdings LLC was established in 2017 by married couple Molly Shaheen and Huw Collins out of a mutual love for luxury fashion and travel. Since opening, the brand has successfully opened eight locations on the east coast, west coast, and Caribbean! The sales associate role for Wheat Holdings, LLC is expected to be the friendly, helpful face of the retail store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury fashion and have a strong knowledge of the brands we carry including MOTHER, Frank & Eileen, Naadam Cashmere, Brochu Walker, Tom Ford, Free City, Re/Done, Citizens of Humanity, Zofia Day Jewelry, and more. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Welcoming and engaging customers upon entering the store. Assisting customer\'s with their shopping needs. Being able to recommend products to guests to help meet their needs. Understanding of the retail sales process (greeting, assisting, selling, and processing transactions). Demonstrate a strong understanding of cash register operations, receiving and processing shipments, daily inventory counts of fine goods, and light cleaning duties. This role will require a strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with guests and other team members. Use and familiarity of technology including an iPad, register scanner, and chip reader is a must. This role will report to the Store Manager and/or Director of Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a trusted advisor by answering customers questions about products, providing styling suggestions, and being solution oriented.
• Demonstrates a sense of ownership by taking a proactive approach to selling and building client relationships.
• Drive to hit daily, weekly, and monthly team sales goals.
• Track daily sales and count high dollar inventory on hand.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Sending daily opening and closing reports to Heads of Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service and Selling Experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships.
• Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing and engaging personality. Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.
• Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.
• A self-starter who can perform solo in a small boutique atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
