Duties
Greet with a smile in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
suggest sales
Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Handle cash register transactions and process payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Daily open/close assignments
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Transportation
Organized/ Groomed
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Toast POS is a plus.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards is advantageous.
Excellent guest relations skills to create memorable dining experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
