Job Description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a well-organized and detailed individual to organize logistics, maintain inventories, process orders, and dispatch for lubricant/grease/DEF/coolants directly with the sales team of AGRILAND FS.

Core responsibilities:

Maintain lubricant/grease/DEF/coolants inventory and resupply to warehouses. Dispatch route trucks for efficient logistics while maintaining priority deliveries. Assess and communicate supply outages and alternatives to external and internal customers. Execute orders, maintain records and reconcile invoices for accuracy. Aggregate customer orders to reduce carrier costs. Setting reorder points and create processes for products.. Manage customer inventory and communicate logistic information. Assist with energy order entry and inventory management

What we need from you:

A two-year degree in business or relevant field; or equivalent work experience Potential to learn product specifications and applications. Experience in logistics and routing LTL trucks preferred. Experience working in a high paced office environment dealing with interruptions and distractions. Customer service experience. Strong communication skills. Good math skills. Negotiation skills. Attention to detail. Good time management skills. Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and problem solve.
