Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while collaborating effectively with team members.

Duties

Perform oil changes and fluid replacements on various vehicles. Conduct tire services, including rotations, alignments, and pressure checks. Assist in general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed. Inspect vehicles for any additional service needs and communicate findings to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with service technicians to support overall dealership operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair. Familiarity with tire service techniques and vehicle maintenance procedures. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience as a service technician or in a dealership setting is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Effective communication skills to relay information clearly to customers and team members.
