Job Description

Parks Motors is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our service team. What you'll do

Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Conduct quick vehicle inspections and notify service advisors of any additional recommended maintenance. Maintain service bay cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. Assist other technicians/service staff as needed to keep workflow moving efficiently.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED (or working toward). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Basic automotive maintenance knowledge or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset. Dependable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team that lifts each other up.

Shift & schedule

Full-time position. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed (details to be discussed in interview). If you're reliable, motivated, and excited to join a team that cares about both its customers and employees, we'd love to talk.
