We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team at Bill Hood Chevrolet Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive maintenance services to our valued customers. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities:


Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately. Inspect and diagnose vehicle components for potential issues Complete basic automotive repairs, such as replacing filters, bulbs, and wipers. Perform fluid checks and top-ups as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. Keep detailed records of services performed and maintain accurate documentation. Communicate effectively with customers to address their automotive needs and concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures Strong mechanical and technical skills Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
