Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, , and other basic repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with automotive repair and diagnostics. Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as tire services using appropriate tools and equipment Assist with vehicle diagnostics and minor repairs as needed Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively Maintain detailed records of services performed on each vehicle Ensure work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Assist in upselling additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate Support the team with heavy lifting of vehicle parts or equipment as required

Requirements

Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general repairs Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle servicing Customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory depending on job requirements
