LPN Part/Full Time $34.75 / Hourly LPN - Per Diem $30.50 / Hourly

RN Part/Full Time $41.25 / Hourly RN- Per Diem $38.00 / Hourly

LPN WEEKEND WARRIOR $40.25

Schedule:Sunday,Monday and Friday 11pm-9am

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:


On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times. This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans. At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:


MA state valid LPN or RN license. A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver's license are also required. A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
