What you'll do:

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license Proficient in patient assessment and care planning Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations Experience with catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion Basic life support certification Familiarity with critical care and long-term care settings Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities
