WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Valid Nursing Licensed in the State of MI

Minimum of 1 year experience in Home Care

Bowl Program Experience

SCI Experience (REQUIRED)

Valid Drivers License Follow Plan of Care and the direction of DON Ability to work independently Excellent Assessment Skills Documents Daily and Reports any changes to the DON, assures documentation compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice. Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned client and documents that treatment as required by Company, and local state and federal rules and regulation. Strong customer service skills * Must be able to lift, carry, transport and move clients as needed.
