Job Summary

We are seeking an LPN or an individual with years of work experience in a human services, education, or health related field working with the elderly or disabled. This individual would oversee the East Grand Forks office providing admission and supervision visits to homecare clients as well as providing some in home personal care assistance/homemaking services. This role is flexible, day hours, no weekend. The hours are casual to part-time to start with.

Duties

Admission of new clients PCA supervision visits Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. New client intake coordination Assist with PCA orientation and onboarding Assist with other office locations if needed Office tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to use a spreadsheet is preferred. A positive attitude. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and car insurance.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
