Job Description

Job Title:

Clinic LPN

Locations:

Lincoln City, OR 97367

Shift per week:

Days, 0730-1600, but may flex slightly depending on patient/clinic need, no weekends

Length of Assignment:

13 weeks (possibility of extension)

Experience / Education / Qualifications:



Current, unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

required upon submission

Healthcare Provider BLS certification

required

Previous experience in a clinical setting

preferred

Lab and EKG experience

preferred

Pediatric experience

preferred but not required

Epic EMR experience

strongly preferred


Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42.00 per hour

Experience:

LPN: 1 year (Required) clinical setting: 1 year (Preferred) Epic EMR: 1 year (Preferred) Lab and EKG: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

LPN (Required) BLS Certification (Required)
Work Location: In person
