The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Rome is excited to offer a

premium-pay Baylor opportunity

for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This program is designed for nurses who want

maximized weekend earnings

full-time pay in fewer days

Baylor Program Highlights:

Work 4 Baylor shifts per pay period

Two 16-hour shifts each weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Complete all 4 shifts and get paid for a 5th shift

Ideal for LPNs seeking higher income and weekdays free

Receive pay for a 5th shift when ALL 4 shifts are completed

Optional weekday availability is welcome but not required.

LPN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with individualized care plans Perform medication administration, treatments, and wound care Oversee, guide, and support CNAs to ensure timely and accurate care Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes Maintain detailed documentation within the EMR Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and facility policies Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Reliability and commitment to completing all Baylor shifts Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
