Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient/resident care Communicate effectively with caregivers to guide them in achieving care goals Practice nursing to the
fullest extent of the LPN license
, as defined by theVermont Board of Nursing
Conduct routine audits and evaluations of clinical skills within LPN scope Collaborate with Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and/or house supervisor in directing care delivery Help maintain and improveunit workflow
and team efficiency Collect patient/resident care data as directed Communicate clearly with patients/residents and families regarding care plans and goals Ensure compliance with allstate and federal regulations
