Job Description
Staff Development Coordinator/Scheduler
Maintain the staffing schedule for Nurses and CNA's
Work with the nursing team to keep current with nursing competencies
Accurate record keeping and points for nursing staff attendance
Interview prospective nursing employees
Work with nursing staff on necessary in-services
Conduct Drug screening for new employees
This position will be on call 1 day a week and 1 weekend per month with on-call pay.
LPN or RN license is required
