Lawson Manor is a 60 bed skilled nursing facility which includes a female dementia unit. Providing short term rehab and long term care to our residents
Duties
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care technique
Qualifications
CPR, RN/LPN license, PCC charting and prior nursing home experience preferred
Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 - 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
