Acute Rehabilitation - Comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program serving patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac and other neurological issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient Compiles, compares and records patient care information Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Active LPN license in state of Nebraska CPR certification One year clinical experience preferred
