Job Overview
We operate a
16-bed mental health crisis stabilization facility
providing short-term care for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. We are seeking acompassionate and skilled LPN
to join our team. In this role, you will performnursing assessments upon admission
,administer and monitor medications
,observe and document client progress
, and providebasic health education and support
throughout each client's stay. You'll work closely with our clinical and therapeutic staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment.Duties
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Conduct nursing assessments Documentation
Requirements
Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
