We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality resident care in a Long Term Care setting in Cody, WY. This role supports two LTC floors, and the clinician may float between them as needed.
Facility Details
Two LTC floors Floating between floors required EMR: PointClickCare (PCC) Standard LTC nursing duties No additional charge rate; LPNs and RNs act as charge for their assigned unit
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care according to LTC standards and facility protocols Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions using PCC Function as charge nurse during assigned shifts Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Active LPN license (WY or compact) Minimum
2 years of recent Long Term Care experience
Experience with PCC preferred Current BLS certification Strong communication and clinical assessment skillsJob Type: Contract
Pay: $1,680.00 - $1,728.00 per week
Work Location: In person
