Responsibilities:
Adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices guidelines. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans to ensure safety and comfort. Maintain infection control protocols to uphold patient wellness. Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans. Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications thoroughly and compassionately.
Requirements:
Degree or certification from an accredited nursing program. Active state licensure as an LPN. Current CPR certification. Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience. Passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors.
