Responsibilities include:

Passing of Medications, providing treatments Following the plan of care Working collaboratively with the members of the Inter-Disciplinary-Team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

Hours / Shifts Available:

Full Time & Part-time schedules Shifts: Days & Nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

Must have an NY State LPN license in good standing Must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated (including Booster) Good communication & interpersonal skills
