Hourly Pay: $20 - $26 / per visit


Maxim Healthcare in La Junta, CO is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Adult patients in their own homes.


Full-time, Flexible part-time and PRN available for: La Junta, Ordway, Las Animas and Lamar areas.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
