We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health assignment in Billings, MT. The LPN will perform six patient visits per day, averaging 30-55 minutes each. Patient populations include adult and geriatric clients under private duty, Medicare, or Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting in-home patient assessments and vital checks Providing wound and catheter care, medication administration, and breathing treatments Collaborating with RNs to carry out established care plans Teaching patients and family members about care and treatment Documenting visits in the EMR system (MatrixCare; training provided)

Requirements:

Active LPN license (Montana or Compact) Current BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of recent LPN experience (home health preferred) Strong wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided) Experience with OASIS documentation preferred but not required
