(Skilled, 2nd floor)

(LTC, 3rd floor)

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality resident care Supervise and support nursing staff Ensure residents' well-being in a warm and welcoming environment

What You'll Need:

LPN license (AZ or compact state) 2+ years of experience in acute or LTC settings CPR certification Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance
