Job Qualifications - Education/Training/Experience - Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a licensed practical nurse - Licensing/Registration/Certification: - Current license in the states of Illinois and Missouri where you will be working as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current CPR/AED Certification Required. IV Certification required. If not certified in Missouri and Illinois upon hire, must be willing to become certified in both states as soon as possible. Must have a valid Driver\'s license and reliable transportation. - Skills and Abilities - Must be able to assess the basic nursing care needs of the geriatric resident. Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with residents, visitors and staff. Time management and organizational skills are required.
