PAY RATE - $28.00Hr - $35.47Hr DOE
SIGN ON BONUS - $5000.00 (Employment requirement must be met for pay out)
SHIFT AVAILABLE: Day Shift 6a-6p - Night Shift 6p-6a Every other weekend required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment
  • Perform routine checks of patients\' vital signs
  • Ensure that patients take their medication
  • Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
  • Liaise with patients\' families
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Unencumbered LPN license state of Colorado
  • IV Certification a plus
  • Computer skills
  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • A love for seniors
