Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:
Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting. Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and documentation. Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure resident safety and wellbeing. Maintain accurate and timely charting. Follow all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards. Support patients with daily activities and mobility needs as required. Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. * Perform additional clinical tasks as delegated by supervising staff.
