is seeking acasual LPN
for theClinical Observation Unit.
The Clinical Observation Unit can have a broad range of adult patients ambulatory and non-ambulatory, that meet initial criteria for observation. The department will serve to provide efficient protocol-based care to patients with well-defined diagnosis or presenting symptoms such as chest pain, COPD, asthma & congestive heart failure.
The primary goal of the LPN is to assist in providing optimal nursing care to the patient. The individual must possess skills and competencies necessary to provide nursing care to patients ranging in age from infancy to geriatrics. Incumbents will assist the patient with activities of daily living.
Requirements:
Junior College/Technical school required. Current WV LPN license required CPR certification required * One year of direct position related experience as LPN preferred.
